Abstract

Pada saat ini industri Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat. Keadaan ini menyebabkan perusahaan-perusahaan AMDK terus meningkatkan hasil produksinya, salah satunya dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Penulisan tugas akhir bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang penyebab cacat preform di oven. Metode yang digunakan adalah sebab-akibat (cause-effect) dengan mengunakan alat bantu fishbone. Data yang digunakan merupakan data produksi pembuatan botol plastik 1500 ml. Dari data yang diperoleh cacat yang dominan adalah cacat preform di oven. Hasil analisa penyebab terjadinya masalah ada empat faktor antara lain: mesin, manusia, metode dan material. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka metode sebab-akibat memungkinkan untuk diterapkan pada perusahaan agar dapat menurunkan jumlah cacat preform yang dihasilkan. Recently the bottled water industri in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This case causes the bottled water Companis Increasing their production, such as developing the quality of the product that is produced. This thesis/research aim to provide infomantion regarding the causes of the flawed preform in the oven. The method used is the cause-effect method by using a fishbone. The data that is used is the data production of 1500 ml plastic bottled makers. From the data that is colled showing that the majority of the flaw is the flawed preform in the oven. The result shows that they are four factor of the cause: machine, human, method and material. According to the companies in order to decrease the number of the flawed preform that is produced.
