Abstract

Business Plan Pendirian usaha Pembuatan Sepatu Wanita Model Pump dari Kulit Boks Kombinasi Batik Motif Buah Maja disusun untuk menciptakan Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) yang baru dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan kain batik motif khas Kota Mojokerto dalam produk alas kaki di Kota Mojokerto. Pemanfaatan kain batik akan meningkatkan nilai tambah dari bahan untuk diolah menjadi suatu produk yang fungsional. Produk sepatu pump merupakan terobosan baru dalam dunia industri kecil menengah dengan bahan baku kulit boks kombinasi batik khas Kota Mojokerto dengan motif buah maja. Desain sepatu pump wanita ialah desain sepatu smart casual yang dapat digunakan dalam situasi formal maupun informal. Pasar sasaran sepatu pump ini adalah wanita usia 25-44 tahun, golongan menengah dan menengah keatas, dengan pangsa pasar yang diambil pada tahun pertama produksi sebesar 18,15% dengan kenaikan 1% per tahunnya. Alur proses produksi sepatu pump yaitu, pembuatan desain produk, pembuatan pola, pemolaan dan pemotongan, penyesetan, perakitan dan penjahitan, lasting, assembling, finishing, dan packaging. Nama usaha pembuatan sepatu pump ini adalah “Nura” dengan merek “Nura”. Rencana produksi 480 unit untuk tahun pertama dengan harga Rp254.500,00/unit sepatu. Total biaya proyek yang dibutuhkan oleh IKM “Nura” adalah sebesar Rp126.830.217,00 yang terdiri dari Rp8.712.960,00 modal kerja dan sebesar Rp118.117.257,00 modal investasi. Sumber dana tersebut terdiri dari 76% modal sendiri dan 24% kredit bank BRI. Usaha pembuatan sepatu Pump dari Kulit Boks kombinasi batik motif buah maja ini ditinjau dari hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui rata-rata BEP per tahun dalam unit sebesar 223 unit sepatu. NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp143.529.015,00 dengan IRR sebesar 34,00% (>7,00%), PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 2,22 dan PBP selama 3 tahun di tahun pertama.. Berdasarkan analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa business plan pendirian usaha pembuatan sepatu wanita model pump dari Kulit Boks kombinasi batik motif buah maja IKM “Nura” layak untuk dilaksanakan dan diinvestasikan. Business Plan- The Enterprise’s Establishment of Women Pump’s Shoes from Box Leather with combination of Batik Buah Maja Patterned is designed to create a new Small and Medium Industry (SMIs) to optimizing the utilization of Mojokerto City’s typical batik in Mojokerto City. Utilization of batik fabric will increase the added value of the material to be processed into a functional product. Women Pump’s Shoes is a new breakthrough in the world of small and medium industry in utilization of Box Leather with combination of Mojokerto City’s typical batik which took the one of its motif named buah maja. The design’s concept of this shoes is smart casual shoes which is can be wear on either formal or informal situation. . Women Pump’s Shoes targeted market is women aged of 25-44 years old, in the middle class and middle up class, with a market share taken by in first year of production is 18,15%, with 1% rise on every year. The product making process are making product design, patterns, patterning and cutting, skiving, sewing, lasting, assembling, finishing, and packaging. The business name of this enterprise is "Nura" with the brand "Nura". The production planned product on the first year of production is 480 units at price Rp254.500,00 per pair. The total cost of the project required by SMIs "Nura" is Rp126.830.217,00 consisting of working capital is Rp8.712.960,00 and capital investment is Rp118.117.257,00. The source of funds consists of 76% for owner’s equity and 24% from bank loan. The results of the feasibility analysis discovered that the average BEP each year in the unit amounted to 223 pairs of the shoes. NPV is positive (> 0) Rp143.529.015,00 with an IRR of 34,00% (> 7.00%), PI or B/C ratio of 2,22 and PBP for 3 years on first year of production. Based on the above analysis it can be concluded that Business Plan The Enterprise’s Establishment of Women Pump’s Shoes from Box Leather with combination of Batik Buah Maja Patterned of IKM "Nura" is feasible to be implemented and invested.
