Abstract

Tujuan dari rencana usaha pendirian usaha sling bag dengan bahan kulit pull up kombinasi kayu pinus adalah untuk mengoptimalkan potensi kayu pinus di Kabupaten Cianjur.. Business plan periode 2022-2026 dari IKM “Dewitsme” diharapkan dapat megembangkan kewirausaan di sektor industri. Pasar sasaran usaha ini adalah wanita kelompok usia 20-39 tahun. Pangsa pasar yang diambil sebesar 2,45%. Rencana produksi sejumlah 864 unit tas pada tahun pertama dengan harga jual Rp 230.187/unit. Pembiayaan proyek usaha pembuatan sling bag dengan bahan kulit pull up kombinasi kayu pinus ini membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 80.849.744 yang terdiri dari Rp. 17.393.004 modal kerja dan sebesar Rp. 63.456.740 modal investasi. BEP rata-rata nilai penjualan Rp. 201.240.264 dan laba bersih pada tahun pertama (2022) sebesar Rp. 8.583.724. Hasil dari analisis kelayakan usaha diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp. 170.547.825, IRR sebesar 58,12%, dan B/C Ratio yang diperoleh 1,17. Berdasarkan analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha pembuatan tas selempang IKM “Dewitsme” ini layak untuk dilaksanakan dan diinvestasikan. The purpose of leather sling bag with a pine wood combination business plan is to optimize the potential of pine wood in Cianjur regency. The business plan for the period 2022-2026 from the “Dewitsme” IKM is expected to develop entrepreneurship in the industrial sector. The target market for this business is women aged 20-39 years. Market share taken at 2,45%. The production plan 864 units of bags in the first year with a selling price of Rp. 230.187/unit. Project financing for making sling bags with leather material pull up combination of pine wood requires a cost of Rp. 80.849.744 consisting of Rp. 17.393.004 working capital and Rp. 63.456.740 investment capital. Base on the analysis it can be concluded that the business of making “Dewitsme” IKM sling bags is feasible to be implemented and invested.
