Abstract

BUCINI FOOTWEAR merupakan anak divisi PT. M JOINT Exclusive Leather Craft yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2015. Divisi ini memproduksi sepatu sebagai bentuk pemanfaatan limbah kulit hasil pengolahan tas. Meskipun bahan bakunya berasal dari limbah, BUCINI FOOTWEAR tetap mengutamakan kualitas sehingga dalam proses pengerjaannya dituntut untuk menghasilkan produk dengan efisiensi dan efektifitas yang tinggi. Perencanaan kebutuhan material sangat penting dilakukan salah satunya sebagai kontrol terhadap penggunaan material baik bahan baku maupun bahan pembantu sehingga perusahaan tidak mengalami kerugian. Salah satu penerapannya terhadap sandal wanita jenis giok. Penulis menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yang dimulai dengan pembuatan bill of material (pemetaan komponen penyusun produk), inventory record (catatan persediaan di gudang penyimpanan), sampai dengan master production schedulling (penjadwalan pemesanan material yang akan diproduksi). Hasil dari tugas akhir ini masih dalam bentuk usulan yang akan diterapkan pada produksi bulan Agustus. Dengan menggunakan teknik ini kontrol penggunaan bahan dapat dipantau dan menekan biaya produksi selain itu harga produk juga dapat ditentukan secara pasti tidak berdasarkan perkiraan saja. BUCINI FOOTWEAR is one of subsidiaries of PT. M JOINT Exclusive Leather Craft which was established in 2015. This division produces shoes as form of utilization of leather waste as result of bag production. Although the raw material comes from waste, BUCINI FOOTWEAR still prioritizes quality so that in the process of processing it is required to produce product with high efficiency and effectiveness. The planning of material requirement is very important, one of which is a control for the use of materials both balm and auxiliary materials so that the company doesn’t experience losses. Mapping of product constituent component, inventory record (inventory record in warehouse), and master production schedulling (schedulling ordering of materials to be produced). The result of this is an assignment are still in the form of proposals that will be applied to production in August. By using this technique, the control of the use of materials can be monitored and reduce production costs besides the price of product can also be identified with certaintly not based on estimate.
