Abstract

Business plan pendirian usaha sepatu casual model derby kombinasi kulit suede dan kain tenun disusun dalam rangka untuk mengoptimalkan potensi daerah yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Belu. Business plan periode 2018-2024 dari IKM “KANAshoes” diharapkan dapat menjadi embrio untuk pengembangan kewirausahaan yang berbasis pada diversifikasi dan integrasi usaha secara berkelanjutan pada sektor industri. Pasar sasaran usaha ini adalah pria kelompok umur 20-39 tahun yang berada diatas garis kemiskinan.
