Abstract

Perusahaan Tegep Boots selepas meninggalnya Tegep Oktaviansyah kehilangan sosok penting bagi usahanya. Hilangnya sosok penting tersebut mengakibatkan beberapa permasalahan sering terjadi pada perusahaan. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu Tegep Boots tidak memiliki SDM yang berkompetensi untuk menerjemahkan gambar desain ke proses produksi dan banyaknya revisi order sepatu. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab permasalahan banyaknya revisi order pada perusahaan dan bagaimana solusi penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut. Materi penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah fashion boots untuk fashion show kolaborasi dengan desainer Lisa Fitria pada event Muslim Fashion Festival Indonesia 2019 yang diselenggarakan 1 Mei 2019 di Jakarta Convention Center. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan adalah eksperimen desain. Hasil dari pembahasan yaitu ditemukan beberapa faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya permasalahan adalah : 1. Hilangnya tahapan desain pada proses produksi; 2. Tidak adanya penerjemah gambar desain untuk masuk pada proses produksi. Usulan solusi yaitu, sesuai dengan perlunya tahapan proses yang utuh dan menyeluruh sejak dari tahap desain sampai proses finishing. Hal tersebuat diterapkan pada sepatu Fashion Boots untuk Gelaran Muslim Fashion Festival Indonesia kerjasama dengan desainer Lisa Fitria. Tegep boots company had lost a significant figure due to the death of its founder as well as CEO Tegep Oktaviansyah. Unfortunately, his death has left several internal problems to the company. One of the problems which often can be found is in the human resources. Tegep Oktaviansyah, also known to play a crucial role in product design, and ever since this loss, the company has not been able to fill the vacancy with a new human resource whose qualified to translate designs to the next stages of production, this lead to many shoes order needed revision. This study aims to detemine the cause of order revision and find proper solution to solve these problems. The object reference to this study would be ‘fashion boots’ created in collaboration with designer Lisa Fitria for a fashion show in the Indonesian muslim fashion festival 2019. This event was held on May 1st, 2019 at Jakarta Convention Center. The method used for the problem solving is experimental design. The results of the study shows that the main factor which causes this problem including: 1. Missing stages in the process of production; 2. Unavailability of Human Resources capable to interpret design image or sketch accurately so that the order can be processed into the next stages of production. The suggested solutions are, productions should be done as a whole and thoroughly by following the rightful stages step by step according to standard starting from design until the finishing process. This solution applied in the collaborative creation of fashion boots designed for Indonesian muslim fashion festival 2019.
