Abstract

Target produksi adalah jumlah produk yang harus diproduksi dalam tiap periode waktu tertentu. Tidak terpenuhinya target dapat mengakibatkan perusahaan dinilai memiliki daya saing yang kurang. Materi yang diamati dalam kegiatan penyusunan karya akhir ini adalah masalah tidak tercapainya target sewing pada produksi upper sepatu anak-anak model Nostro CH di PT. Toezone Indo. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam proses pengumpulan data adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. The production target is the number of products that must be produced in a given period of time. Unfulfiilled target can result in companies being judget to have less competitiveness. The material observed in the preparation of this final work was the problem of not achieving the sewing target in the production of the upper Nostro CH children’s shoes at PT. Toezone Indo. The method used by the author in the process of collecting data is by observation, interviews and literature studies. The result of observations show that sewing machines and operators do not meet the ideal capacity of the process and there is no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on the sewing room. So that this creates a problem that causes a less optimal sewing production process. The recomendation given from solving the problem is to calculate the ideal capacity of the sewing machine and operator to fit the process and make the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the sewing machine, thread rolling machine, operator, and sewing machine based on observations and interviews with the head of production and head sewing part in the production sewing room. Based on the calculation of ideal capacity, there are 5 additional sewing machines and 5 sewing operators. From the recommendations for improvement, it is expected that the production output to achive the target will increase.
