Abstract

Assembling ialah suatu tahap dalam produksi sepatu yaitu penyatuan upper dengan sole bottom. Selama proses tersebut dilakukan, masih ada beberapa kesalahan yang mengakibatkan produk sepatu harus kembali dalam tahap perbaikan. Kesalahan yang turut diperbaiki dalam proses perbaikan ialah over lem dan mal. Kondisi over marking dan lem ialah kondisi reject yang bermula pada penempatan mal pola yang tidak sesuai dengan ukuran material bagian bawah (bottom) sepatu. Kesalahan tersebut mengakibatkan noda lem tadi sulit dibersihkan. Lokasi pelaksaan karya akhir yaitu di PT. Bagoes Tjipta Karya, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur pada tanggal 18 Februari 2019 – 12 April 2019. Metode yang digunakan dengan penggunaan spray gun dan menggosokan cairan tulouene. Faktor Penyebab permasalahan over marking dan lem pada proses assembling sepatu Eagle Thanos terjadi karena faktor alat, bahan dan manusia. Alternatif pemecahan masalah adalah dengan meruncingkan tangkai sikat yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk menggosokkan kain yang dibasahi dengan cairan toluene dan pembersihan dengan menggunkan mata gerindra ukuran kecil. Solusi lain yang diberikan adalah dengan penggunaan magic pen pada proses marking yang menggantikan silver pen dengan tujuan pemberian tanda pada saat pengemalan. Assembling is a stage in shoe production, namely the unification of the upper with sole bottom. During the process, there were still a number of errors that caused shoe products to be returned in the repair phase. The error that was also corrected in the repair process was over glue and the mall. The condition of over marking and glue is a reject condition which starts from the placement of the mall pattern that does not match the size of the material bottom (bottom) of the shoe. This error resulted in the glue stain being difficult to clean. The location of the final work is at PT. Bagoes Tjipta Karya, Pasuruan, East Java on February 18 2019 - April 12 2019. The method used is the use of a spray gun and rubbing liquid tulouene. The causes of the problem of over marking and glue in the process of assembling Eagle Thanos shoes occur due to the factors of tools, materials and humans. The alternative solution to the problem is to sharpen the brush stalk which is used as a tool to rub the cloth soaked with toluene liquid and cleanse it by using small size gerindra. Another solution is to use a magic pen in the marking process that replaces the silver pen with the aim of marking at the time of packing.
