Abstract

Proses laminasi merupakan proses pelapisan woven dengan bahan laminasi. Sehingga diperoleh bahan kedap air, uap ataupun udara. Hasil praktek kerja lapangan yang telah dilakukan di PT Gunawan Fajar, didapatkan permasalahan cacat gelembung. Mengurangi cacat gelembung merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses pembuatan produk plastik karena dapat mengurangi jumlah daur ulang produk cacat, waktu dan cacat produksi. Produk karung plastik laminasi dibuat dengan bahan plastik polipropilena (PP) murni. Cara mengatasi cacat tersebut dengan pengaturan suhu, perawatan mesin dan melakukan trainning pada operator baru maupun lama. Lamination process is a woven coating with laminated material, there fore waterproof material, steamed or air obtainted. The results of field work practices that have been carried out in PT Gunawan Fajar, found the problem of bubble defects. Reducing bubble defects is important in the process of making plastic products because it can reduce the amount of recycling of defective products, time and production defects. Lamination plastic sack products made with pure polypropylene (PP) plastic material how to deal with these defects with temperature regulation, engine maintenance and trainning to new operators.
