Abstract

Business plan pembuatan tas tangan (wanita) dari sabut kelapa (sebutret) kombinasi kulit boks disusun untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sabut kelapa di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Business plan dirancang dengan melakukan survei data, pembuatan produk, serta analisis kelayakan usaha. Produk Business plan terbuat dari bahan sebutret kombinasi kulit boks di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Pasar sasaran konsumen adalah wanita dengan usia 20-39 tahun. IKM “Moca Leather” mengambil pangsa pasar sebesar 4,51% dengan rencana produksi 1728 unit tas pada tahun pertama berdirinya usaha yaitu tahun 2022 dengan harga jual Rp 237.801,13 /unit tas. Pembiayaan proyek usaha pembuatan handbag ini membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 90.970.903,62 yang terdiri dari modal kerja sebesar Rp Rp. 30.210.619,00 dan modal investasi sebesar Rp. 60.760.284,62. BEP rata-rata nilai penjualan Rp. 244.797.837 , BEP produk sebanyak 1092 unit tas dan laba bersih pada tahun pertama (2022) sebesar Rp 50.798.094. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha diperoleh NPV sebesar 259.584.458 IRR sebesar 96,14%, serta PBP selama 1 tahun 2 bulan 25 hari. B/C Ratio yang diperoleh 5,27. Dari analisis diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha pembuatan handbag IKM “Moca Leather” ini layak untuk dilaksanakan dan diinvestasikan. The business plan making of handbag (women) from cocosheet rubberrized choir, a combination with leather boxes was designed to optimize the potential of coconut fibers in Trenggalek regency. Business plan are designed by conducting data surveys, making product and analyzing business feasibility. The product of business plan are made from materials cocosheet rubberized choir and leather boxes in Trenggalek regency. The target market for consumers are women aged 20-39 years. IKM "Moca Leather" took over the market by 4.51% with a planned production of 1728 units in the first year of business in 2022 with a selling price of Rp. 237.801,13 / bag unit. The project financing for the production of the handbag requires a cost of Rp. Rp 90.970.903,62 consisting of working capital of Rp. 30.210.619,00 and investment capital of Rp. 60.760.284,62. BEP average sales value of Rp. 244.797.837, BEP products as many as 1092 units of bags and net income in the first year (2022) amounting to Rp 50.798.094. Based on the business feasibility analysis obtained NPV of 259.584.458 IRR of 96,14%, and PBP for 1 year 2 month 25 days. The B / C ratio obtained is 5,27. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the business of making "Moca Leather" IKM handbag is feasible to be implemented and invested.
