Abstract

Perusahaan yang kompeten adalah yang mampu menjaga kualitasnya. Salah satu cara untuk menjaga kualitas perusahaan adalah dengan memenuhi keinginan dan standar yang ditentukan pelanggan untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan. Waktu merupakan salah satu standar yang ditentukan pelanggan khususnya terkait dengan pembuatan produk yang dilakukan dibagian produksi. Salah satu tahap pembuatan produk yang memakan waktu cukup lama yaitu proses persiapan diantaranya: persiapan desain, persiapan pola serta persiapan material. Hal tersebut terjadi karena penataan ruang yang kurang efektif. Pembuatan karya akhir ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui penataan ulang ruang produksi. Pada penetapan masalah karya akhir digunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk mendukung data primer penulis melakukan pengumpulan data sekunder dengan studi pustaka. Masalah yang ditemui adalah kurang efisiensinya dalam pengambilan bahan sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan dalam proses produksi. Untuk memaksimalkan tata letak fasilitas di ruang produksi dapat dilakukan dengan perbaikan sistem penyimpanan, yaitu dengan menggunakan lemari atau rak yang serba guna dengan ketentuan khusus untuk mempermudah dalam pembuatan sepatu casual. Competent companies are able to maintain their quality. One way to guarantee the quality of the company is to meet the demands and standards determined by customers to get customer satisfaction. Time is one of the customer-defined standards specifically related to the manufacture of products that are carried out in the production section. One product that takes a long time is the process of preparation, preparation, pattern preparation and preparation. This happens because spatial planning is less effective. The creation of this final work is intended to determine the rearrangement of the production space. In determining work problems finally used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Whereas to support primary data the authors support secondary data with literature. Problems encountered are less efficient in taking materials so as to cause delays in the production process. To maximize the layout of facilities in the production space can be done by improving the storage system, namely by using a cabinet or multipurpose shelf with special provisions to facilitate the manufacture of casual shoes.
