Abstract

Business plan pendirian usaha sepatu wedges adalah sebagai bentuk pengoptimalan sumber daya alam (akar bambu), sumber daya industri (kulit samak ikan nila) dan sumber daya budaya (kain tenun lurik) yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Klaten menjadi produk kreatif (fesyen) yaitu sepatu wedges. Pada periode 2021-2025 pelaksanaan business plan IKM Nie diharapkan dapat menjadi usaha yang mampu mewujudkan tercapainya pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkualitas dan berkesinambungan serta mampu menciptakan trend baru dikalangan masyarakat. Business Plan the establishment of wedges shoes is as a form of optimization of natural resources (bamboo roots), industrial resources (parrot leather) and cultural resources (lurik woven fabric) owned by the Regency Klaten into creative products (fashion) in the from of wedges shoes. In the period 2021-2025, the implementation of the business plan is expected to contribute in sustainable economic growth and able to create new trends among the community
