Abstract

Perakitan adalah suatu proses penyusunan dan penyatuan beberapa komponen menjadi suatu alat atau mesin yang mempunyai fungsi tertentu. Sistem Produksi merupakan pusat kegiatan yang bersangkutan dengan manajeman produksi dan proses produksi. Setiap unit proses harus memenuhi standar kualiats serta target produksi yang telah ditentukan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, Dokumentasi, praktik kerja langsung. Hasil dari pengamatan dapat disimpulkan lem yang tidak dapat menempel dengan sempurna karena adanya pengolesan lem yang terlalu tebal ataupun tidak dapat mengering dengan sempurna ketika di oven dalam mesin conveyor. Assembling is a prosess of forming and unify of the several components becom a tool or machine that has specific function, production system is center of activites concemed with production management and production process. Every unit of process must be fullfiled by the standard of quality and production target that have been determined from the company. The methods use are interview, documentation, direct work practice. The observation result can be concluded that the glue can not stick perfectly because when the glue applied is too thick or cannot dried perfectly when ovening in the conveyor machine.
