Abstract

PT. Toezone Indo adalah salah satu perusahaan sepatu yang memproduksi alas kaki untuk anak-anak. Untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas hasil produksi, pemeriksaan hasil upper setiap komponen sangat penting dalam proses produksi sewing. Pemeriksaan pada upper harus dilakukan dengan benar dan memperhatikan ketentuan-ketentuan pada setiap proses. Karena di PT. Toezone Indo masih belum mengoptimalkan unit quality control dibagian sewing. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengetahui sebab permasalahan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab, serta memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan banyaknya cacat pada upper sepatu anak. PT. Toezone Indo is a shoe company that produces footwear for children. To improve the quality and quality of production, checking the upper results of each component is very important in the sewing production process. Check on the upper must be done correctly and pay attention to the provisions in each process. Because at PT. Toezone Indo still does not optimize the quality control unit in the sewing section. The purpose of this Final Project is to find out the cause of the problem, identify the causal factors, and provide a solution to the problem of the number of upper defects in children's shoes.
