Abstract

PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure merupakan salah satu perusahaan sepatu PMDN di Indonesia yang memproduksi sepatu sport merk “Tomkins” . Ada beberapa permasalahan terkait proses produksi sepatu di perusahaan yaitu : terdapat beberapa sepatu yang back counter-nya mengerut karena proses, adanya beberapa produk yang pemasangan laste tidak tepat. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk penyelesaian masalah tersebut diantaranya dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan kerja praktek. Solusiuntuk menyelesaikan kedua masalah tersebut dilakukan dengan beberapa cara diantaranya : sebelum back counter dilakukan assembling perlu dimolting terlebih dahulu dan upper bagian belakang perlu dipanasi, memilih bahan baku untuk back counter yang lebih berkualitas, perlu adanya Standar Operating Procedure (SOP) sebagai acuan melakukan pekerjaan dalam proses assembling. PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure is one of the domestic footwear companies in Indonesia produces “Tomkins” sport shoes. There are several problems related in the shoe production process in the company, including : There are some shoes with the back counter shrinks due to the process and the existence of several products in that laste installation isn’t appropriate .in analyzing the problems, the writer uses the method of collecting data include, obervasion, interviews, questionnaires and practical work. The solution solve the problems are : before the back counter is assembled, it needs to be prioritized and the rear upper needs to be heated first, selecting the raw material for the better quality back counter and There needs a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as a reference to do assembling process.
