Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan Tugas Akhir adalah untuk meningkatkan ketahanan gosok kulit artikel corrected grain dengan penambahan jumlah binder polyurethane proses finishing kulit crust sapi untuk artikel corrected grain terhadap ketahanan gosok di PT Garut Makmur Perkasa. Bahan baku yang digunakan yaitu 2 lembar kulit crust sapi bagian krupon, kualitas IV-VI, tebal 1,6-1,7 mm, masing-masing 2 sqft. Bahan pembantu atau chemical yang digunakan adalah binder PU (RU-3904), pigmen black, filler 1261, wax f, RU 197, RA 2356, BI, thinner, dan Laquer 18212. Mesin yang digunakan roll coating, emboss, dan spray gun. Tahapan proses yang dilakukan adalah selection, conditioning, base coat 1, embossing 1, base coat 2, top coat 1, embossing 2, top coat 2, dan embossing 3. The aim of the Final Project implementation is to increase the resilience of the corrected grain article rubbing skin by adding the number of polyurethane binders to the crust leather finishing process for corrected grain articles on rubbing resistance in PT Garut Makmur Perkasa. The raw material used is 2 sheet of krupon crust cow leather, quality IV-VI, 1.6-1.7 mm thick, 2 sqft each. The materials used are PU binder (RU-3904), black pigment, 1261 filler, f wax, RU 197, RA 2356, BI, thinner, and Laquer 18212. Machines used are roll coating, emboss, and spray gun. The stages of the process carried out were selection, conditioning, base coat 1, embossing 1, base coat 2, top coat 1, embossing 2, top coat 2, and embossing 3.
