Abstract

This Final Project aims to help handle lime fleshing waste at UD. Rohmat by utilizing lime fleshing waste as broiler feed. The material used is lime fleshing waste from UD. Rohmat Magetan. The stages of the process carried out are washing lime fleshing waste with sulfuric acid, then dried and powdered. The results of lime flesh powder are mixed into chicken feed with a formulation of 10% waste 90% chicken feed, 20% waste 80% chicken feed, 30% waste 70% chicken feed, 100% chicken feed and then applied to broilers aged 14 days to 24 days. The results of the analysis of the weight gain of broilers for 10 days 10% variable has the highest increase of 364.5 grams. The results of protein, calcium, sulfur and pH analysis of lime flesh content before and after processing. The result of protein content in the waste before processing was 10.79% and after processing was 55.2%, calcium content before processing was 0.312% and after processing was 1.24%, sulfur content before processing was 0.225% and after processing was 0.789, pH before processing was pH 12 and after processing was pH 5. The results of the analysis of protein, calcium and sulfur in the largest meat were 30% variables with protein of 21.23%, calcium of 0.000385%, sulfur of 0.135%. The results of all the analysis carried out show that lime flesh waste can be a mixture for chicken feed but, some mixtures are still needed.
