Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Intidragon Suryatama is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in footwear located in Mojokerto City, East Java. Producing various articles of North Star shoes, one of which is HC 5096031 The scope of the problem used as writing the final project work is about the influence of autoclave engine settings, the aim is to identify, find causative factors, and repair solutions to the resulting defects such as shoes turning yellow, sticky and There are small bubbles on the foxing part. The settlement methods used in data collection are observation, interviews, documentation, and work practices, as well as secondary data collection in the form of online and offline literature. Based on the results of observations, these problems arise due to human factors that do not follow work instructions in doing work, lack of human resources, factors of improper machine setting methods, machine factors that are often damaged in parts cover.
