Abstract

CV. Rumah Warna merupakan perusahaan yang salah satu produk utamanya adalah tas. Salah satu jenis tas yang diproduksi adalah tas laptop dengan jenis Kaktus Rit Depan. Proses pembuatan tas diawali dengan pembuatan pola. Permasalahan yang ditemui pada saat melaksanakan magang di perusahaan berupa posisi pada saat membuat pola tidak sesuai ergonomi. Penyebab tidak ergonomi adalah posisi kerja pada saat membuat pola pekerja langsung duduk di bawah tanpa adanya alas yang dapat digunakan. Dengan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perbaikan dengan identifikasi penyebab timbulnya permasalahan dan solusi yang dapat diambil. Metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari pengamatan dan pengolahan data dapat disimpulkan bahwa cara untuk mengatasi aktivitas pada proses pembuatan pola yang kurang ergonomi adalah dengan menata ulang tempat kerja pada bagian pembuatan pola, yaitu disediakannya meja dan kursi yang ergonomi dengan ukuran tinggi meja 60,3 cm, tinggi kursi 38 cm, lebar kursi 34,8 cm, lebar sandaran 34 cm, kedalaman kursi 48 cm, tinggi sandaran kursi 35,1 cm, panjang kursi 48 cm. Dengan demikian diharapkan jika adanya meja dan kursi dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan dari aspek ergonomi maupun fungsinya pada saat proses pembuatan pola. CV.
