Abstract

Kabupaten Sidoarjo memiliki banyak potensi salah satunya sumber daya hasil laut yaitu kerang. Kerang selama ini hanya dikonsumsi dagingnya saja, akan tetapi cangkang kerangnya dibuang begitu saja. Limbah cangkang kerang yang tidak termanfaatkan menjadi tidak memiliki nilai jual. Tujuan dari pembuatan business plan ini yaitu mengeksplorasi dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah cangkang kerang. Pemanfaatan limbah cangkang kerang akan meningkatkan nilai tambah dari bahan mentah untuk diolah menjadi suatu produk yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Produk tas pesta model clutch ini menggunakan aksesoris dari limbah cangkang kerang di daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pasar sasaran tas pesta ini adalah wanita usia 25-54 tahun yang memiliki pekerjaan dan memiliki gaji di atas Rp. 3.000.000. Proses pengerjaan produk ini dibuat sejak pembuatan desain, pembuatan pola, pemotongan, dan penjahitan, serta finishing. Dan keunggulan dari tas ini menggunakan material yang bagus serta pengerjaanya handmade, nama usaha dan merek untuk tas pesta model clutch ini adalah “OTA”. Rencana produksi 960 unit untuk tahun pertama dengan harga Rp. 179.954 per unit. Total biaya proyek yang dibutuhkan oleh IKM “OTA” pertahun adalah sebesar Rp. 181,203,982 yang terdiri dari Rp. 141,203,982 modal sendiri dan sebesar Rp 40.000.000 modal kredit. Usaha pembuatan tas pesta model clutch dari kulit Pull Up dengan memanfaatkan limbah cangkang kerang ini ditinjau dari hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui rata-rata BEP per tahun dalam unit sebesar 467 unit tas, NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp. 353,943,910 dengan IRR sebesar 141.54% (>5,00%), PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 12.86 dan PP selama 1 tahun 2 bulan 8 hari atau kurang dari 2 tahun. Dari hasil analisis kelayakan di atas menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak atau feasible untuk dilaksanakan. Sidoarjo Regency has many potentials, one of which is marine resources, namely shellfish. Shells have only been consumed for a long time, but the shells are thrown away. The shellfish waste that is not utilized has no selling value. The purpose of making this business plan is to explore and optimize the use of shellfish waste. The use of clamshell waste will increase the added value of raw materials to be processed into a product that has a high selling value. This clutch model party bag product uses accessories from clam shell waste in the Sidoarjo Regency. The target market for this party bag is women aged 25-54 years who have jobs and have a salary above Rp. 3,000,000. The process of working on this product has been made since the design, pattern making, cutting and sewing, as well as finishing. And the advantages of this bag are using good material and the process is handmade, the business name and brand for this clutch model party bag is "OTA". Plans to produce 960 units for the first year at a price of Rp. 179,954 per unit. The total project cost required by the IKM "OTA" per year is Rp. 181,203,982 consisting of Rp. 141,203,982 own capital and Rp. 40,000,000 in credit capital. The business of making clutch-style party bags from Leather Pull Up by utilizing shellfish waste is reviewed from the results of the feasibility analysis known the average BEP per year in units of 467 units of bags, the NPV is positive (> 0) of Rp. 353,943,910 with an IRR of 141.54% (> 5.00%), PI or B / C ratio of 12.86 and PP for 1 year 2 months 8 days or less than 2 years. The results of the feasibility analysis above indicate that this business is feasible or feasible to implement.
