Abstract

CV D'Russa Leather is a company operating in the leather industry which produces bags with premium quality in terms of the materials used and stitching. Affal leather (waste) is leather left over from the production process. Affal leather (waste) produced by CV D'Russa Leather is just left to pile up without any processing action. The aim of this final assignment is to find a solution, namely using affal skin (waste) to make a product. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation to obtain information. The solution method is to design the product according to the size of the affal (waste) leather produced by CV D'Russa Leather. The results of this research are, using affal skin (waste) to make a souvenir product. Cenderama is a suitable product and has a flexible size that can adjust to the size of affal (waste) skin. From the results of this research, it can reduce leather waste produced and add new products produced by CV D'Russa Leather. Keywords: affal leather, design, products, souvenirs
