Abstract

PT. Primarindo Asia Insfastructure adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi sepatu back to school dalam skala besar untuk distribusikan di wilayah Indonesia dengan merek Tomkins. PT. Primarindo Asia Insfrastructure. Menerapkan perhitungan material dalam setiap kegiatan produksinya. Costing development selalu berusaha mengikuti standar kerja yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Materi yang diamati dalam kegiatan penyusunan karya akhir adalah price list, dan proses costing. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan menggunakan data yang didapatkan dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil dan pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa sering ditemukan masalah price list yang kurang up to date, susunan price list tidak efektif, tidak ada penulisan tahun, dan penulisan nama material yang tidak sesuai. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam input data costing. Dari penyelesaian masalah tersebut adalah dengan membuat tabel price list baru dan mengupdate setiap bulannya untuk memudahkan oprator dalam mencari price material, dan usulan perbaikan tersebut diharapkan dapat mencegah masalah price list pada costing. PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure is one of the companies which produces back to school shoes in a wide scale in order to distribute in Indonesia territory in under Tomkins brand. PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure applies the material calculation in each of its production activity. Costing Development always try to follow the work standard which applied by the company in order to achieve a maximum result. The material which observed in this final work activity is price list and costing process. The method used in this activity is analysis the data by observation, interview, documentation and literature studied. The result proved that there is a problem in a unrenewed price list, the ineffective price list setting, there is no year written and the unproper material name. This object is affecting the mistake in entering the costing data. The solution is by making a new price list table and updating every month so that the operators can find the material’s price easily. That solution is expected to prevent the price list problem at costing.
