Abstract

Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi cacat lubang pada sandal jepit merek boloni di PT. Prestasi Ide Jaya. Material yang digunakan adalah EVA recycle. Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) merupakan komopolimer yang terdiri dari dua monomer berbeda yaitu ethylene dan vinyl acetate. EVA termasuk dalam elastomer sehingga mempunyai sifat mirip dengan karet. Berdasarkan hasil produksi terdapat cacat lubang dikarenakan material recycle. Metode penyelesaian masalah menggunaan metode fishbone. Penyelesaian masalahnya yaitu memperhatikan proses produksi dengan lebih teliti dan pembuatan standar pemilihan bahan dari pengepul. The purpose of replacing this final work is to improve the factors that affect the defects in the brand's flip flops at PT. Jaya's Achievement Ideas. The material used is recycling EVA. Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) is a comopolymer consisting of two different monomers, ethylene and vinyl acetate. EVA is included in the elastomer so it has properties similar to rubber. Completion of considerations, namely paying close attention to the production process and making standards for selecting materials from collectors.
