Abstract

Sepatu rubber boots merek hunter merupakan salah satu produk sepatu boots di PT. HTM Indonesia. Pada proses pembuatan sepatu rubber boots terdapat cacat bubble. cacat bubble adalah cacat gelembung yang terdapat pada lembaran kompon maupun pada produk jadi. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mencari faktor penyebab cacat bubble pada sepatu rubber boots. Penyelesaian masalah menggunakan diagram pareto dan diagram Fishbone. Hasil analisis menggunakan Diagram pareto digunakan untuk mengetahui jenis cacat yang paling dominan dan diagram fishbone digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab cacat bubble. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa cacat yang paling dominan adalah cacat bubble disebabkan oleh faktor pengeringan yang kurang benar. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi cacat bubble diberikan usulan sebagai saran untuk perusahaan. Hunter brand boots are one of the boots in PT. Indonesian HTM. In the process of making rubber boots there are bubble defects. bubble defects are bubble defects found in compound sheets and in finished products. The purpose of this final project is to look for factors that cause bubble defects in rubber boots. Problem solving using Pareto diagrams and Fishbone diagrams. The results of the analysis using the Pareto diagram are used to determine the most dominant type of defect and the fishbone diagram is used to determine the factors causing bubble defects. The results of the analysis show that the most dominant defect is bubble defects caused by the incorrect drying factor. Therefore, to reduce bubble defects, suggestions are given as suggestions for companies.
