Abstract

PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Ranca Bolang No. 98 Gedebage, Bandung merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang alas kaki khususnya sepatu Tujuan dari karya akhir adalah mengetahui permasalahan proses assembling bagian lasting, mengetahuai faktor penyebab lasting miring pada proses assembling, dan memberikan usulan penyelesaian lasting miring pada proses assembling. Materi yang diambil selama magang pada tanggal 19 Februari – 10 April 2019 dengan judul “Mengatasi Masalah Lasting Miring Pada Proses Assembling Model Sepatu Chronicles Po 091018041 di Pt. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk, Bandung. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer (observasi, wawancara, praktek kerja langsung) dan data sekunder (dokumentasi dan studi pustaka). Faktor penyebab lasting miring adalah mesin, metode, dan manusia. Faktor mesin yaitu kurangnya perawatan mesin sehingga penjepit menjadi tidak kuat, faktor metode adalah kurangnya keterangan gambar dan cara perlakuan material pada SOP bagian lasting, dan faktor manusia adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang standart dari lasting terhadap material yang membuat banyak terjadi kesalahan.Usulan perbaikan untuk permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu dengan mengusulkan agar pada bagian lasting untuk diberikan standard SOP yang jelas dengan keterangan gambar dan material yang sesuai dengan yang ada didalam SPEC untuk bagian side lasting. Pemberian tambahan ± 3 mm pada saat penarikan di proses side lasting untuk material MESH khususnya untuk material upper-nya, karena setiap material memiliki perlakuan tarikan yang berbeda sehingga operator akan lebih mudah memahami karena sudah ada SOP terutama pada bagian side lasting. Pada saat side lasting, bagian ujung backcounter sebaiknya dipaskan terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan outsole-nya dan tidak melebihi dari batas yang sudah ada tandanya sehingga saat upper dan bottom di marking setiap ujung akan bertemu. PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure, Tbk is address at Jl.Raya Ranca Bolang No. 98 Gedebage, Bandung is a manufacturing company engaged in footwear especially shoes. The purpose from the final work is to find out the problem of the part assembling process lasting, knowing the cause of the lasting factor tilted in the assembling process and giving the aian solution settlement slant in the assembling process. Material taken during the internship on date 19 February – 10 April 2019 with the title “ Addressing the Lasting Italic Problems in the Assembling Process Model Shoes Chronicles Po 091018041 at Pt. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk, Bandung. The method of collecting data uses primary data (observation, documentation and literature study). Factor engine namely lack of machine maintenance interviews, direct work pretices and secondary data The reason for lasting slant is machines, method, anad humans. The engine factor is the lack of engine maintenance so that the clamp becomes not string, the method factor is lack caption and method of material treatment is SOP lating, darn human factor is a lack of understanding and knowledge about standard of lasting material that makes a lot happen error. Proposed improvements for the problems that occur, namely with propose that thelasting part be given the SOP standard clear with descriptions of pictures and material that are in accordance with what is available in SPEC for the side lasting part. Additional 3 mm administration on when with drawl is a side lasting process for the MESH material specifically for upper material, because every material has a treatment that pulls different so operators will be easier to understand because it already exists SOP especially on the sidelasting. When side lasting, the backcounter end should be fixed first in accordance with the outsole and not exceending the axisting mark so that when the upper and bottom are marked each end will meet.
