Abstract

CV. Asa Putra Promosindo adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi tas, untuk proses produksi dilakukan dengan sistem by order merchandise. Permasalahan ataupun kendala yang sering terjadi pada perusahaan yaitu, terjadinya permasalahan pada proses pembuatan pola . Salah satu masalah terbesar adalah pola yang langsung masuk proses produksi dan tidak memiliki backup atau duplikat pola yang dijadikan arsip perusahaan. Tujuan tugas akhir ini untuk mengatasi masalah rusak dan hilangnya pola dengan metode pengarsipan data hardfile dan softfile. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, pustaka, melakukan praktek langsung, dan wawancara. Hasil dari pembahasan adalah diketahuinya permasalahan utama pada pola yaitu sering rusak serta hilangnya pola, dan menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan metode pengarsipan pola. Saran solusi yang diberikan penulis untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada pola yaitu dengan pembuatan pengarsipan pola dalam bentuk hardfile dan softfile. Solusi selanjutnya yaitu pola-pola tersebut dibedakan sesuai dengan urutan tahun atau jenis tas tersebut. CV. Asa Putra Promosindo is the company that budge in the production of bags, for the production process done by order merchendise system. One of the biggest problems is the master pattern in the production prosess and has no backup pattern that be created company’s archive. The purpose of this final task is to overcome damage problem and loss of patterns by filling methods of hardfile data and softfile data. Data retreival method conducted are observation, documentation, divining manual, direct practice and interview. The result of dicussion is the discovery of the major problems in the pattern of frequent ruined and loss of pattern, and solving those problem using the metods of filling a pattern. Suggesstions the author’s solution to slove problems with the pattern are that by creating archvist pattern in the form of hardfile and softfile. The next solution is that the patterns are distinguished according to the order of the year or the type of bags.
