Abstract

Pendirian usaha tas wanita model satchel dari kulit samak nabati kombinasi tempurung kelapa dengan variasi tatah timbul disusun dalam rangka untuk mengoptimalkan potensi sumber daya alam (kelapa) dari limbah yang dihasilkan di Kabupaten Kebumen. Businessplan periode 2020-2024 dari IKM “Lawet Leather”diharapkan dapat menjadi embrio untuk pengembangan kewirausahaan yang berbasis pada diversifikasi dan integrasi usaha secara berkelanjutan pada sektor industri. Pasar sasaran usaha ini adalah wanita kelompok umur 20-44 tahun dan pengunjung wisata. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata dan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk wanita kelompok umur 20-44 tahun menyebabkan permintaan tas wanita satchel bag akan meningkat dari tahun ke tahun sehingga peluang usaha sangat luas. IKM “Lawet Leather” mengambil pangsa pasar sebesar 18% dari peluang pasar sasaran penduduk wanita kelompok umur 20-44 tahun dan wisatawan wanita umur 20-44. Proses produksi tas wanita satchel bag menggunakan teknologi tepat guna. Rencana produksi sejumlah 864 unit tas pada tahun pertama dengan harga jual Rp 381.177,00/unit tas. Pembiayaan proyek usaha pembuatan tas wanita model satchel ini membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 61.631.274,00 yang terdiri dari modal kerja sebesar Rp 46.631.274,00 dan modal investasi sebesar Rp 15.000.000,00.Sumber dana tersebut terdiri dari 76% modal sendiri dan 24% modal pinjaman. BEP rata-rata nilai penjualan Rp 298.435.988 dan laba bersih pada tahun pertama (2020)sebesar Rp2.164.453,00 dengan kenaikan persentase laba rata-rata sebesar 5% per tahun. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha diperoleh rata-rata ROI per tahun sebesar 44 %,NPV sebesar Rp 165.215.488,00, IRR sebesar 78,12%, PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 5,68 dan PBP selama 1 tahun 11 bulan 18 hari. Sedangkan perhitungan rasio likuiditas pada tahun 2017 sebesar 1,75 : 1 (liquid), dan total assettodebtratio sebesar 4,11 : 1 (solvable). Dari analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha pembuatan tas wanita model satche lIKM “Lawet Leather” ini layak atau feasible untuk dijalankan. Business Plan of small and medium industries “Lawet Leather” in period 2020-2024 is expected the embryo of entrepreneurship development based on diversification and integration sustainable business in the craft. Target market of this business is tourism and women in age 20-44. Progress of the tourism sector and increasing number of female population ages 20-44 is affected to demand of satchel bag from year to year will be increase so that a very broad business opportunities. Small and medium industries "Lawet Leather" taking market share of 18% of market opportunity the women in age 20-44 and tourism. Production of satchel bag is using appropriate technology. Planned production is 864 units in the first year with a selling price Rp 381.177,00/unit. Project finance business of making satchel bag requires a fee of Rp 61.631.274,00 consisting of working capital of Rp 46.631.274,00 and capital investment of Rp 15.000.000,00. Source of funds consists is 76% equity and 24% the loan capital. Average sales value BEP of Rp 298.435.988 and net income in the first year (2020) amounted to Rp 2.164.453,00 with the average percentage increase of 5 % per year. Feasibility analysis obtained an average ROI per year of 44%, NPV of Rp 165.215.488,00, an IRR of 78,12%, and a PI or B / C ratio of 5,68 and PBP for 1 year 9 months 18 days. While the calculation of the liquidity ratio in 2020 is 1,75:1 (liquid), and total assets to debt ratio of 4,11:1 (solvable). From the above analysis it refer to that the business of satchel bag small and medium industries "Lawet Leather" is feasible to be realization.
