Abstract

PT. Adi Satria Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi sarung tangan golf yang beralamat di Jl. Laksa Adisucipto Km. 11 desa Sidokerto, RT 03/RW 01 Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Perusahaan tersebut memproduksi sarung tangan berdasarkan permintaan dari buyer, baik dari desain, size, maupun bahan. Setelah melakukan pengamatan pada pembuatan sarung tangan golf di PT. Adi Satria Abadi masih terdapat produk cacat yang dapat menganggu aktivitas produksi, salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu pada proses Sewing dimana pada saat proses lipat Omo sering ditemukan jahitan meleset dan miring. Untuk mengetahui faktor dan penyebab jahitan meleset tersebut maka metode yang digunakan yaitu melakukan observasi pada bagian produksi Sewing dan bagian seleksi, wawancara dengan operator maupun staf pada bagian yang berkaitan, dan dokumentasi. Faktor penyebab jahitan meleset pada saat lipat Omo pada pembuatan sarung tangan golf Ignio yaitu disebabkan teknik menjahit yang kurang tepat dan tidak adanya gambar pada SOP proses Aradachi. Usulan perbaikan masalah untuk mengurangi jahitan meleset pada saat lipat Omo adalah memperhatikan jarak jahitan antar tepi 1-2 mm. Selain itu operator juga memperhatikan teknik menjahit saat jahit lipat Omo, seperti pada saat akan menggabungkan bagian Machi dengan Omo, harus memperhatikan Machi bagian atas yang berada ditengah-tengah jari, biasanya pada bagian tengah jari ada tanda segitiga kecil untuk tanda jahitan, atau saat akan menggabungkan antara Omo palm dan Omo back harus benar-benar pas berada pada tanda jahitan di bagian atas, bagian bawah dan bagian tengah. Perlu penambahan teknik menjahit pada saat lipat Omo pada SOP Sewing. Perlu penambahan gambar arah tarikan kulit, arah kemuluran kulit, hasil tarikan kulit pada SOP proses Aradachi, sehingga operator lebih mudah untuk memahami SOP yang ada. PT. The advice fix for the problem of reducing miss stitches when folding Omo is to pay attention to the distance of the seam between the edges of 1-2 mm. and then, operators also pay attention to sewing techniques when sewing Omo folding, such as when going to combine Machi's part with Omo, you should pay attention to Machi's upper part in the middle of the finger, usually. In the middle of the finger there is a small triangle for stitching marks, or when you are going to combine Omo palm and Omo back it must really fit on the stitch marks at the top, bottom and center. Need to add sewing techniques when folding Omo in Sewing SOP. It is necessary to add a picture of the direction of pulling the skin, the direction of elongation of the skin, the results of the skin pull on the SOP of the Aradachi process, so that operators are easier to understand the existing SOP.
