Abstract

PT.Primarindo Asia InfratructureTbk. inibergerak di bidang industry sepatucasual dan sport yang mempunyai merek Tomkins.Pada proses pembuatan sepatuter dapat beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan yaitu bentuk desain yang menarik dan up to date serta tidak mengabaikan kenyamanan pakai dari sepatu tersebut. Tidak hanya aspek material yang diutamakan, tetapi pemotongan juga harus diperhatikan.Materi yang diamati adalah tentang pemotongan pola yang tepat.Pengamatan dilakukan mulai tanggal 19 Februari 2019 sampai 05 April 2019.Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah data primer (observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi) dan data sekunder (studi pustaka).Dari data yang diperoleh terdapat penumpukan sisa bahan material yang menumpuk pada pemotongan material sepatu yang disebabkan oleh penempatan pola yang kurang tepat.Ditemukan beberapa komponen material yang kurang tepat, karena menghasilkan jumlah sisa material yang banyak.Alternatif solusi diberikan Standar Operasional Prosedur) SOP karena sebelumnya karyawan bekerja hanya memperkirakan saja.Terlebih dari itu, agar tidak berlanjut membuang banyak bahan material. PT. Primarindo Asia InfratructureTbk. It is engaged in the casual and sport shoes industry that has the Tomkins brand. In the process of making shoes there are several things that must be considered, namely the form of design that is attractive and up to date and does not ignore the comfort of using these shoes. Not only are material aspects prioritized, but cuts must also be considered. The material observed was about cutting the right pattern. Observations were carried out from February 19, 2019 to April 5, 2019. Data collection methods used were primary data (observation, interviews and documentation) and secondary data (literature study). From the data obtained there is a buildup of components that are wasted on cutting shoe material caused by the placement of patterns that are less precise in terms of the direction of tension and elongation. Found some material components that are not in accordance with the direction of tension and elongation due to errors when cutting dies the components do not match the interlocking direction, direction of tension and elongation. Alternative solutions are given Standard Operating Procedure) SOP because previously employees only worked to estimate. Moreover, in order not to continue to throw away a lot of material
