Abstract

Business plan pembuatan produk smartphone case model folio case dari bahan kulit box kombinasi kulit ikan ayam-ayam disusun untuk menciptakan industri kecil dan menengah (IKM) yang baru dengan memanfaatkan limbah kulit ikan ayam-ayam di Kabupaten Rembang. Pemanfaatan limbah kulit ikan ayam-ayam dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan produk kulit sebagai bahan kombinasi guna meningkatkan nilai tambah. Salah satunya yaitu diolah menjadi produk folio case. Folio case merupakan salah satu jenis model smartphone case yang terdapat tambahan slot untuk tempat kartu. Proses pengumpulan data dalam perencanaan bisnis dengan produk tersebut menggunakan metode survei, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Rembang. Nama dari usaha pembuatan produk folio case ini adalah “Clue” dengan merek “Clue”. Sumber dana yang digunakan untuk usaha ini berasal dari modal sendiri. Target pasar dari produk folio case ini adalah laki-laki dan perempuan usia 20-49 tahun golongan ekonomi menengah ke atas di Kabupaten Rembang dengan pangsa pasar yang diambil sebesar 1,55%. Rencana produksi dari bisnis tersebut sebesar 2.400 unit produk pada tahun pertama dengan harga Rp 63.023/unit produk. Usaha pembuatan produk folio case dari kulit box dengan memanfaatkan limbah kulit ikan ayam-ayam ditinjau dari hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp. 161.818.725 dengan PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 6,64 dan PP selama 1 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelayakan di atas menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak atau feasible untuk dilaksanakan. The business plan for making smartphone case products of a folio case model from box leather combination of abalistes stellaris leather was compiled to create a new small and medium industry (IKM) by utilizing abalistes stellaris leather waste in Rembang Regency. The utilization of abalistes stellaris leather waste can be utilized in making leather products as a combination material to increase added value. One of them is processed into a folio case product. Folio case is one type of smartphone case model that has an additional slot for the card holder. The process of collecting data in business planning with these products uses survey methods, questionnaires, documentation and interviews conducted in Rembang Regency. The name of the business of making this folio case product is "Clue" with the brand "Clue". The source of funds used for this business comes from own capital. The market target of this folio case product is men and women aged 20-49 years in the upper middle class in Rembang Regency with a market share of 1,55%. The production plan of the business is 2.400 units of product in the first year with a price of Rp. 63.023 / unit of product. The business of making folio case products from box leather by utilizing abalistes stellaris leather waste is reviewed from the results of the feasibility analysis that the NPV is positive (> 0) of Rp 161.818.725 with PI or B / C ratio of 6,64 and PP for 1 year. Based on the results of the feasibility analysis above, it shows that this business is feasible to implement.
