Abstract

Sepatu Brodo model Aileron adalah sepatu yang termasuk kedalam jenis sepatu sneakers. Sepatu Aileron diproduksi di PT. Exmud Potensial Kreatif yang berada di Bandung. Dalam memproduksi sepatu Aileron di perusahaan tidak lepas dari adanya masalah. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan maka dilakukan pengamatan. Setelah melakukan pengamatan mengenai sepatu Aileron maka dapat ditemukan masalah pada proses assembling, salah satunya yaitu terjadinya bondgap. Dari hasil pengamatan dan pengumpulan data cacat bondgap pada perusahaan merupakan cacat yang paling banyak ditemukan. Bondgap adalah tidak rekatnya antara shoe upper dan shoe bottom. Permasalahan bondgap terjadi karena pada proses assembling karyawan tidak menaati SOP. Karena jumlah karyawan yang terbatas dan pengerjaan yang banyak di dalam perusahaan makan ada tahapan yang seharusnya penting dilakukan namun terlewati, yaitu tidak melakukan tahap buffing pada upper setelah di-lasting, tidak melakukan pengkasaran pada sol, tidak melalukan marking pada mesin press, tidak mengganti alat seperti sikat gigi dan kuas yang berfungsi untuk mengolesi lem. Faktor lain adalah para pekerja yang terburu-buru dalam pengerjaannya, hal ini mengakibatkan permasalahan pada bondgap terus menerus terjadi. Penyelesaian pada permasalah yaitu dengan cara eksperimen. Setelah dilakukan eksperimen secara langsung di perusahaan dengan melakukan baffing pada shoe upper dan melakukan pengamplasan pada shoe bottom, bondgap pada sepatu Aileron dapat teratasi. Maka dengan itu perusahaan harus melakukan briefing dengan karyawan dan selalu memberikan arahan kepada karyawan bahwa buffing merupakan bagian penting pada proses assembling, serta selalu mengganti alat-alat yang sudah tidak layak pakai. Aileron Brodo shoes are shoes that belong to the type of sneakers. Aileron shoes are produced at PT. Exmud Potensial Kreatif, Bandung. In the production of Aileron shoes the company cannot be separted from the problem.to find out the existence of a problem it’s necessary to observe. After observations about Aileron shoe, problems can be found in the assembling process. One of problems are is Bondgap. From the result of observations and data collection of the most much Bondgap defect. Bondgap is not stckly among shoe upper and shoe bottom. Bondgap occur because in the assembling process employess do not obey the SOP. Because employees are limited and there is a lot of work, then there is a part that should have been done but passed. Which not buffing the upper after lasting and not rude the sole and not marking the press machine. Not replace the brush to smear the glue. Another factor is hasty works. This causes continuous bondgap defects to occur. The solution to this problem is to experiment. After conducting experiments directly at the company by the means of buffing the shoe upper and shoe bottom. Bondgap defect in Aileron shoe can be solved. For that the company need to conduct a briefing with the workers and always directs workers that buffing is an important part of the assembling process. And always to replace tools that are not already use it.
