Abstract

Kabupaten Tulungagung memiliki potensi industri yang beragam salah satunya yaitu batu marmer. Batu marmer menjadi primadona di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Batu marmer ini dijadikan bahan baku dalam pembuatan produk, salah satunya perabotan rumah tangga. Banyaknya IKM yang mengolah batu marmer menjadi sebuah produk mengakibatkan banyak limbah yang dihasilkan dari proses tersebut. Limbah batu marmer yang tidak termanfaatkan menjadi tidak memiliki nilai jual. Tujuan dari pembuatan business plan ini yaitu mengeksplorasi dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah batu marmer. Pemanfaatan limbah batu marmer akan meningkatkan nilai tambah untuk diolah menjadi suatu produk yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Produk busana tunik brokat ini menjadi terobosan baru dalam dunia industri kecil menengah yang menggunakan aksesoris dari limbah batu marmer di daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Pasar sasaran busana tunik ini adalah wanita usia 20-34 tahun yang memiliki pekerjaan. Proses pengerjaan produk ini dibuat sejak pembuatan desain, pembuatan pola, pemotongan, perakitan dan penjahitan, serta finishing. Nama usaha dan merek untuk busana tunik brokat ini adalah “WClo”. Rencana produksi 864 item untuk tahun pertama dengan harga Rp. 262.389 per item. Pembiayaan proyek usaha pembuatan busana tunik ini membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 35.262.123,00 yang terdiri dari modal kerja sebesar Rp 25.262.123,00 dan modal investasi sebesar Rp 10.000.000,00. Sumber dana tersebut terdiri dari 71,64 persen modal sendiri dan 28,36 persen modal pinjaman. Usaha pembuatan busana tunik brokat kombinasi limbah batu marmer sebagai aksesoris dan kulit domba ini ditinjau dari hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui BEP pada tahun pertama dalam unit sebesar 780 item baju, NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp. 133.742.192 dengan IRR sebesar 81,23% (>5,00%), PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 6,29 dan PP selama 1 tahun 10 bulan 17 hari. Dari hasil analisis kelayakan di atas menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak atau feasible untuk dilaksanakan. Tulungagung Regency has diverse industrial potential, one of which is Marble Stone. Marble stone is the prima donna in Tulungagung Regency. This marble stone uses raw materials in the manufacture of products, one of which is household use. The large number of SMEs processing marble into products produce a lot of waste. Marble stone waste that is not utilized becomes has no selling value. The purpose of making this business plan is the use and utilization of using marble. The use of marble waste will increase the added value to be processed into products that have a high selling value. This brocade tunic fashion product is a new breakthrough in the world of small industries that use accessories from marble waste in Tulungagung Regency. Target market of this clothing products are women aged 20-34 who have jobs. The process of making this product starts from the design, then pattern making, cutting, assembling and sewing, and finishing. The business name and brand for this brocade tunic is "WClo". Plans of production are 864 items for the first year at a price of Rp. 262,389/ item. Project financing for the manufacture of tunics requires a fee of Rp. 35.262.123,00 consisting of working capital of Rp. 25.262.123,00 and investment capital of Rp. 10,000,000. The source of the funds consists of 71.64 percent of own and 28.36 percent of loans capital. The business of making brocade tunic clothing, a combination of marble stone waste as accessories and sheepskin, was reviewed from the results of the BEP analysis in the first year in units of 785 items of clothing, the NPV was positive (> 0) of Rp. 133.742.192 with an IRR of 81.23% (> 5.00%), a ratio of PI or B / C of 6.29 and PP for 1 year 10 months 17 days. From the results of the feasibility analysis above, this business is feasible to implement.
