Abstract

Pada proses pembuatan pola tas model tote di CV. Djoen Leather terdapat kesalahan yaitu pola tidak presisi. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab tidak presisinya pola terhadap hasil akhir tas model tote dan menemukan solusi untuk mengatasi masalah pada proses pembuatan pola. Materi yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pembuatan pola tas model tote di CV. Djoen Leather. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, interview, dokumentasi. Masalah pola yang terjadi pada tas model tote adalah pola tidak presisi atau melenceng. Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kesalahan yaitu metode yang digunakan belum menggunakan metode ALP, pengunaan bolpoin dengan ujung tumpul. Penyelesaian masalah pada pola tas model tote yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ALP, menggunakan pensil atau bolpoin dengan ujung yang runcing dan pembuatan sudut lengkung tidak menggunakan alat bantu jangka. The observations were made to find out the factors that caused the pattern uncertainty towards the final results of the model and the process of making the pattern. The material that became the object of this research was the process of making bags for tote bags at CV. Djoen Leather. The data collection methods that are used such as observation, interviews, documentation and work practices.
