Abstract

Sebuah penelitian dalam bentuk business plan ini diharapkan mampu membantu pemilik untuk melakukan evaluasi kelayakan terhadap bisnis pembuatan sling bag dari bahan kulit pull up kombinasi makrame tali pandan laut. Pandan laut merupakan salah satu potensi alam melimpah di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, sehingga diharapkan business plan ini jika dijalankan dapat mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan potensi tersebut. Selain itu, business plan ini disusun dalam upaya menemukan inovasi baru pembuatan produk pandan laut khususnya produk tas. Business plan ini diuraikan berdasar beberapa aspek meliputi aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek produk dan teknologi, aspek organisasi dan manajemen, serta aspek keuangan. IKM Raymar merupakan suatu badan usaha yang bergerak pada pembuatan produk kulit. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan Pasar sasaran dari produk yang dibuat adalah wanita kelompok umur 20-34 tahun dengan perekonomian di atas garis kemiskinan. Pangsa pasar pada awal tahun operasi usaha adalah 1,5% dengan rencana produksi 864 produk dan kenaikan jumlah produksi setiap tahunnya 3%. Harga jual produk adalah Rp 280.000/ unit tas. Proyek usaha pembuatan sling bag ini membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 173.761.106 yang terdiri dari Rp 17.366.531 modal kerja dan sebesar Rp 156.394.576 adalah modal investasi. BEP produk pada tahun pertama adalah 619 produk dan laba bersih dari rencana penjualan IKM Raymar pada tahun pertama adalah Rp 19.243.126. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp 21.199.167, IRR sebesar 11,24%, PI atau B/C Ratio sebesar 1,14, dan PBP selama 3 tahun, 4 bulan. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa usaha pembuatan sling bag dari kulit pull up kombinasi makrame tali pandan laut ini layak untuk dilaksanakan. Raymar SMEs is a business entity that is engaged in manufacturing leather products. Based on calculations that have been done, the target market for products made is women in the age group of 20-34 years with an economy above the poverty line. The market share at the beginning of the operating year was 1.5% with a planned production of 864 products and an annual increase in production of 3%. The selling price of the product is Rp. 280,000 / unit of bag. The sling bag business project requires a cost of Rp 173,761,106 which consists of Rp 17,366,531 working capital and Rp 156,394,576 for investment capital. The product BEP in the first year was 619 products and the net profit from Raymar's IKM sales plan in the first year was Rp 19,243,126.
