Abstract

Sepatu sport menjadi sepatu wajib bagi setiap orang, yang digunakan sebagai sepatu olahraga hingga digunakan untuk kehidupan sehari-hari seperti halnya sepatu casual, tentunya di dukung dengan model dan desain yang lebih menarik dan disukai hampir semua kalangan.Tujuan dari penulisan karya akhir ini adalah untuk menganalisa permasalahan yang terdapat pada proses assembling dan untuk memperbaiki proses yang mempengaruhi timbulnya masalah pada department assembling di PT. Beesco Indonesia. Penyelesaian karya akhir menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer meliputi observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan praktek kerja langsung. Sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan metode studi pustaka dan studi online. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan, ditemukan salah satu permasalahan yang terdapat di PT. Beesco Indonesia pada department assembling yaitu tidak merekatnya upper dengan out sole (open bonding). Penyebab dari masalah open bonding antara lain, terdapat garis marking yang hilang ataupun putus, out sole yang sudah diolesi lem sering terkena tangan karena operator yang tidak memperhatikan SOP sehingga out sole terkena keringat, serta tidak sesuainya ganjal/bantalan dengan bentuk out sole. Metode perbaikan untuk mengatasi masalah open bonding dengan cara, ketika memberi garis usahakan tinta silverpen tegak dan nyata. Setelah pemberian marking selesai pada saat pengolesan C-443 jangan terlalu ditekan karena silverpen akan ikut terhapus. Pada saat perakitan, sarung tangan digunakan agar keringat tidak mengenai out sole yang sudah diberi lem. Usahakan penempelan satu kali langsung jadi agar tidak sering tersentuh tangan. Pada saat proses press gunakan ganjal/bantalan yang sesuai dengan bentuk out sole. The purpose of writing this final work is to analyze the problems contained in the assembling process and to improve processes that affect the emergence of problems in the assembling department in PT. Beesco Indonesia. Completion of the final work using problem solving methods with primary and secondary data collection. Primary data collection includes observation, interviews, documentation and direct work practices. While secondary data uses literature and online studies. based on the results of observations made, one of the problems found in PT. Beesco Indonesia in the assembling department is not attaching the upper sole (open bonding). The causes of the open bonding problem include, for example, missing or broken marking lines, the out sole that has been smeared with glue is often exposed to the hand because the operator does not pay attention to the SOP so that the out sole is sweaty, and the paddle is out of shape. The solution to overcome the bonding problem is by giving the silverpen upright and real. After the marking is complete, when the C-443 application is not too pressed because silverpen will also be erased. When assembling, gloves are used so that sweat does not hit the out sole that has been glued. Try to attach one time directly so that it is not often touched by the hand. During the press process use a padding that matches the out sole shape.
