Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan sepatu sangatlah cepat dan maju. Kemajuan teknologi menjadikan fungsi sepatu mengalami perubahan, PT. Produksi Lokal Indonesia, Jelambar, Jakarta Barat merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri alas kaki. Sepatu dan sandal yang di produksi oleh perusahaan ini yaitu sepatu dan sandal fashion wanita. Pada karya akhir ini penulis bertujuan mempelajari dan menganalisa serta mencari fakor penyebab kesalahan cacat pada proses pembuatan sepatu dan sandal fashion wanita. Materi yang dibahas dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah mengatasi cacat upper sepatu fashion wanita pada proses pembuatan sepatu di PT. Produksi Lokal Indonesia. Metode pelaksanaan tugas akhir dalam penyelesaian masalah ini adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil pengamatan masalah pada proses pengumpulan data teridentifikasi bahwa pada proses pembuatan sepatu fashion wanita ditemukan jumlah cacat berupa lem yang meluber disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pemberian garis marking pada upper sepatu yang akan di rakit dan tidak adanya SOP perusahaan pada proses pembuatan sepatu fashion wanita.. Solusi perbaikan cacat produk yang disebabkan faktor manusia yaitu dengan cara melakukan dan mengadakan pengawasan pekerja agar bekerja sesuai dengan SOP serta memberi pelatihan, pengarahan dan motivasi mengenai pentingnya hasil produk yang berkualitas. Hasil dari perbaikan dapat mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses pembuatan sepatu fashion wanita. At present the development of shoes is very fast and advanced. Technology advances make the function of shoes change, PT. Produksi Lokal Indonesia, Jelambar, West Jakarta is a company engaged in the footwear industry. The shoes and sandals produced by this company are women's fashion shoes and sandals. In this final work the author aims to study and analyze and look for factors that cause defects in the process of making women's fashion shoes and sandals. The material discussed in this final assignment is to overcome the upper defect of women's fashion shoes in the process of making shoes at PT. Produksi Lokal Indonesia. The method of implementing the final task in solving this problem is through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature. The observation of problems in the process of data collection identified that in the process of making women's fashion shoes found the number of defects in the form of overflowing glue caused by the absence of marking lines on the upper of the shoes to be assembled and the absence of company SOP in the process of making women's fashion shoes. improvement of product defects caused by human factors, namely by conducting and conducting supervision of workers to work in accordance with the SOP and provide training, direction and motivation regarding the importance of quality product results. The results of repairs can reduce errors in the process of making women's fashion shoes.
