Abstract

PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructur Tbk. merupakan salah satu perusahaan, yang memproduksi sepatu di Indonesia, Dimana salah satu dalam proses perakitan sepatu terdapat divisi Assemling, divisi Assemling sendiri bertugas sebagai perakit sepatu dari preparation last dan upper, lasting, gauge marking, buffing, bonding. proses finishing, hingga final inspact. Perusahaan yang masih konsisten dengen produk sepatu sekolahnya, model yang beragam dengan merek dagang yaitu Tomkins. Magang dan penelitian yang dilakukan dari tanggal 25 Febuari 2019 hingga 25 Maret 2019 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembuatan sepatu Tomkins model Peterloo. mengetahui standar kerekatan Bonding yang di tentukan oleh perusahaan. Bonding merupakan pengujian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahi kerekatan antara upper dan bottom dengan alat pengujian yang digunakan meliputi gunting, tang penjepit, pena stenlis, kater dan mesin penguji bonding serta bahan yang digunakan sepatu Tomkins junior model peterloo, pengujian dilakukan di laboratorium PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructur deengan pengujian organoleptis. sehingga dengan diadaknnya perbaikan tersebut diharapkan berdampak pada kualitas sepatu yang di produksi yang akan berdampak pada loyalitas konsumen. PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk. is one of the companies, which produce shoes in Indonesia, where one of the shoe assembly processes is the Assemling division, the Assemling division itself is in charge of the shoe assembly from last and upper preparation, lasting, gauge marking, buffing, bonding, finishing process, to final inspact . Primarindo Asia Infrastructure with organoleptic testing. so that the sudden improvement is expected to have an impact on the quality of shoes produced which will have an impact on consumer loyalty
