Abstract

PT. Sumber Citra Persada merupakan perusahaan industri manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang persepatuan, salah satunya yang memproduksi sepatu casual, dan boot dengan merk G- STAR, FILA. Perusahaan ini berdiri pada tahun 19 Juni 2012, di dirikan oleh LEE YUHLIN. Pada karya akhir ini penulis bertujuan mempelajari dan menganalisis serta mencari solusi atas faktor penyebab kesalahan pada proses lasting sepatu casual. Materi yang dikaji dalam tugas akhir ini adalah "cara mengatasai masalah proses lasting toe cap dan back counter miring pada assembling sepatu casual". Metode yang digunakan saat pengambilan data adalah praktek kerja langsung, observasi dan wawancara kepada karyawan untuk mendapatkan data. Masalah pada kemiringan Toe cap dan Back counter saat proses lasting penyebabnya adalah dari pengabungan in sole dan last tidak sesuai dengan prosedur (SOP) pembuatan sepatu. dan kurangnya memperhatikan intruksi, dan tidak adanya pemberian titik tengah (S-E) pada upper bagian ujung vamp dan back counter sehingga saat di-lasting penarikan upper tidak sesuai dengan bentuk last. Solusi perbaikan untuk mengatasi msalah pada lasting toe cap dan back counter miring dengan cara mengikuti prosedur penggabungan in sole dengan last yang benar serta pemberian titik tengah (S-E) pada bagian vamp dan back counter saat proses lasting. PT. Sumber Citra Persada is a manufacturing industry company engaged in footwear, one of which produces casual shoes, and boots with the brand G-STAR, FILA. The company was founded on June 19, 2012, founded by LEE YUHLIN. In this thesis the author aims to study and analyze and find solutions to the factors that cause errors in the process of lasting casual shoes. The material examined in this thesis is "how to overcome the problem of the process of lasting toe cap and back tilted counter in casual shoe assembling". The method used when data retrieval is direct work practice, observation and interviews with employees to obtain data. The problem with the slope of the toe cap and back counter when the process is lasting is the cause of the incorporation in sole and last not according to the procedure (SOP) for making shoes. and lack of attention to instructions, and the absence of a midpoint (S-E) at the upper end of the vamp and back counter so that when it is lasting the upper withdrawal does not match the shape of the last. A remedial solution to overcome the problem of lasting toe cap and back tilted counter by following the procedure of combining in sole with the correct last and giving a midpoint (S-E) on the vamp and back counter during the lasting process.
