Abstract

PT. Buccheri Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen sepatu ternama di Indonesia yang memproduksi berbagai jenis alas kaki berbahan kulit asli lainnya. PT. Buccheri Indonesia mempunyai anak perusahaan bernama PT. Vigano Cipta Perdana (PT. VCP) dan di Perusahaan tersebut sepatu Buccheri diproduksi. Karya Akhir ini memberikan gambaran mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan yakni vamp pecah bagian depan pada proses lasting. vamp pecah bagian depan pada proses lasting merupakan permasalahan yang belum dapat terselesaikan oleh perusahaan yang menyebabkan tidak lulus quality control dan standar perusahaan. Tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah menjelaskan, mengetahui penyebab, serta memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan banyaknya cacat vamp pecah bagian depan pada proses lasting. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada Karya Akhir ini ada 2, yaitu pengumpulan data primer yaitu observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dan pengumpulan data sekunder. Teknik untuk mencari penyebab masalah Tugas Akhir ini adalah dengan diagram fishbond. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan masalah yang terjadi di PT.VCP adalah vamp pecah bagian depan pada proses lasting sebanyak 0,20%. Masalah muncul dikarenakan pensortiran kulit tidak dikukan secara lebih detail dan pemolaan komponen yang tidak sesuai pada material kulit sehingga kulit tidak kuat menahan tarikan dari mesin lasting. Solusi yang diberikan adalah memberikan saran pada proses pensortiran kulit untuk melakukan pensortiran lebih detail dan untuk pemolaan komponen sepatu pada material lebih diperhatikan secara teliti. Hasil solusi saran yang diberikan belum dapat terlihat karena saran tersebut diterapkan pada salah satu artikel sepatu yaitu Sepatu Duffi yang memasuki proses cutting namun belum masuk proses produksi. PT. Buccheri Indonesia is one of the leading shoes manufacturers in Indonesia that produces various types of footwear made from genuine leather. PT. Buccheri Indonesia has a subsidiary called PT. Vigano Cipta Perdana (PT. VCP) and in the company shoes are produced. This final assigment provides an overview of the problems faced by the company,i.e. The broken toe part in the lasting process is a problem that cannot be resolved by the company that causes it shoe upper pass quality control and company standards. The purpose of this Final assigment is to analyze the cause of the problem, identify the causative factors, and provide solutions to the problem of the big number of broken toe in a lasting process. There are 2 data collection methods used in this Final Work, namely primary data collection namely observation, interviews and documentation and secondary data collection. The technique to find the cause of this final project problem is with a fishbond diagram. The solution method is to adjust to the cause of the existing problem. Based on observations of problems at PT. VCP, the problem of broken toe in lasting procces is as much 0,20%. The problem arises because the leather sorting is not done in more detail and patterning of components that do not fit into the skin material so that the skin is not strong enough to withstand the pull from the lasting machine. The solution provided is to give advice on the skin sorting process for more detailed sorting and for the patterning of the shoe components on the material more closely. The results of the suggested solutions cannot be seen yet because the suggestion is applied to one of the shoe articles, namely Duffi Shoes which enter the cutting process but have not yet entered the production process.
