Abstract

Produktivitas merupakan salah satu poin peting dalam mempengaruhi proses kemajuan dan kemunduran suatu perusahaan. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di perusahaan adalah kurang efisiennya produksi akibat kerusakan mesin. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) adalah suatu pendekatan inovatif terhadap maintenance yang mengoptimalkan keefektifan mesin, mengeliminasi breakdown, dan perawatan mandiri yang dilakukan oleh operator mesin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk menghitung efektivitas mesin injection molding 150 TB. Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh nilai OEE mesin injection molding 150 TB untuk bulan Januari sebesar 63,59 %, bulan Februari sebesar 68,22 %, dan bulan Maret sebesar 10,54 %. Nilai OEE tersebut masih dibawah standar dunia yaitu sebesar 85 %. Faktor yang berpengaruh salah satunya adalah tidak adanya penjadwalan perawatan mesin secara berkala. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan cara penjadwalan perawatan secara berkala dengan cara checklist perawatan. Productivity is one of the important points in influencing the progress and decline of a company. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is an innovative approach to maintenance that optimizes engine effectiveness, eliminates breakdown, and self-maintenance carried out by machine operators. One of the problems that often occurs in companies is inefficient production due to engine failure. In the calculation performed by the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method to calculate the effectiveness and performance of a machine or production process. Based on the analysis obtained the OEE value of 150 TB injection molding machines for January was 63.59%, February was 68.22%, and March was 10.54%. The OEE value is still below the world standard at 85%. One influential factor is the absence of regular engine maintenance scheduling. The solution provided is by scheduling regular maintenance by means of a care checklist
