Abstract

Sandal adalah alas kaki yang bertujuan untuk melindungi kaki dari gesekan antara tanah dengan kaki, selain itu sandal juga dapat memberikan rasa nyaman dan lembut pada kaki. Sandal khogi dibuat dengan proses press molding pencampuran kompon karet EVA daur ulang dengan bahan kimia. Pada proses produksi sandal japit merek khogi di PT. Prestasi Ide Jaya terdapat beberapa macam cacat, jenis cacat yang dominan adalah cacat gelembung. Cacat gelembung disebabkan oleh material bahan jelek, yaitu Afalan EVA kering sehingga sulit diproses pencampuran, Oli bekas jelek karena terdapat air pada oli dan bahan baku terkontaminasi bahan lain seperti plastik, pasir, kayu, dan besi. Dalam satu bulan terjadi cacat gelembung sebesar 865 unit dengan persentase 0,1627% dari keseluruhan sandal khogi yang diproduksi PT. Prestasi Ide Jaya. Solusi untuk mengatasi cacat gelembung pada sandal khogi adalah melakukan pembersihan pada bahan baku dan memilih bahan yang cukup baik seperti afalan tidak kering dan oli tidak tercampur air yang didapat dari pengepul. Sandal Khogi is made by a compression molding process that mixes recycled EVA rubber compounds with chemicals. In the production process of the brand Khogi Flip Flops at PT. Performance Ide Jaya there are several types of defects, the dominant type of defect is the blister defect. Bubble defects are caused by poor materials, ie Afalan EVA is dry, therefore, mixing is difficult to process, waste oil is bad because the oil contains water and the raw materials are contaminated with other materials such as plastic, sand, wood and iron. In one month, there were 865 units of blistering errors, with a percentage of 0.1627% of the total PT-made Khogi sandals. Jaya Idea Achievement. The solution to eliminating blisters in Khogi sandals is to clean the raw material and choose a fairly good material such as a non-dry material and oil that is not mixed with water coming from collectors.
