Abstract

Business Plan Pendirian Usaha Handphone Case dari Bahan Kulit Pull Up Kombinasi Limbah Kayu dengan Teknik Resin dibuat untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya alam (kayu) yang dihasilkan di Kabupaten Gunungkidul supaya menjadi produk baru. Business Plan periode 2021-2025 tahun dari IKM “Ayu Souvenir” diharapkan dapat menjadi usaha yang mampu mewujudkan tercapainya pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat, dan untuk pengembangan kewirausahaan yang berbasis pada sektor industri. Target pasar dari usaha IKM “Ayu Souvenir” ini adalah laki-laki dan wanita umur 15-54 tahun di Kabupaten Gunungkidul dan sekitarnya. Pengguna handphone meningkat dari tahun ke tahun sehingga peluang usaha sangat luas untuk menciptakan produk handphone case tersebut. Rencana produksi pada tahun pertama operasi 2304 unit handphone case, dengan harga jual Rp 134.584,00 per unit. Biaya proyek usaha ini membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp 27.780.945,00 yang terdiri dari modal kerja sebesar 20.222.048,00 dan modal investasi sebesar Rp 7.558.896,00. Berdasarkan analisis kelayakan usaha diperoleh rata-rata NPV sebesar Rp 422.712.354,00, IRR sebesar 130,4%, dan B/C rasio sebesar 56,9 serta PBP selama 1 tahun 3 bulan 4 hari. Dari analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha pembuatan handphone case IKM “Ayu Souvenir” ini layak untuk dilaksanakan. Business Plan Establishment of Business Mobile Case from Wood Waste Combination Leather Material with Resin Technique is made to optimize natural resources (wood) produced in Gunungkidul Regency to become a new product. The business plan for the 2021-2025 year period from the IKM "Ayu Souvenir" is expected to be a business that is able to realize the achievement of community economic growth, and for the development of entrepreneurship based on the industrial sector. The target market of this "Ayu Souvenir" IKM business is men and women aged 15-54 years in Gunungkidul Regency and its surroundings. Mobile phone users are increasing from year to year so the business opportunity is very broad to create the cellphone case product. The production plan for the first year of the 2304 operation was a cellphone case unit, with a selling price of Rp. 134,584.00 per unit. The cost of this business project requires a fee of Rp. 27,780,945.00 which consists of working capital of 20,222,048.00 and investment capital of Rp. 7,558,896.00. Based on the business feasibility analysis, the average NPV was Rp. 422,712,354.00, the IRR was 130.4%, and the B / C ratio was 56.9 and PBP was 1 year 3 months 4 days. From this analysis, it can be concluded that the business of making a cellphone case of the "Ayu Souvenir" IKM is feasible.
