Abstract

This paper proposes the management of practicum material inventory, by laboratory personnel and the process of monitoring the inventory of practicum material inventory, verification of practicum material requirements by warehouse officers can be done digitally. Laboratory staff to record the need for practical materials, record the use of practical materials, borrow materials, submit materials to the material warehouse, before the existence of this system at the Yogyakarta ATK Polytechnic is still done manually. The warehouse clerk has not been able to quickly and accurately verify the material submission submitted by the laboratory officer. The availability of practice materials owned by the laboratory has not been monitored in real time. This inventory management system uses the PHP programming language and mysql database. The implementation of online laboratory inventory inventory management system can facilitate warehouse officers to monitor the availability of goods in the inventory warehouse and in the laboratory, as well as management of practical material inventory in the laboratory can be done digitally.
