Abstract

Usulan perbaikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pada outsole sepatu safety merek pakalolo dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control) di PT. Megatuah Aditama Sejahtera. Pada tahap define, jenis cacat yang dominan adalah cacat sobek/menempel. Tahap measure, didapatkan nilai DPU sebesar 0,005512784, nilai DPO sebesar 0,000787541, nilai DPMO sebesar 787.541 dengan nilai sigma 4,7, nilai UCL sebesar 0,05 serta nilai LCL sebesar -0,01. Tahap analyze menggunakan diagram sebab akibat. Tahap improve yaitu dengan melakukan trainning untuk sosialisasi metode dan cara kerja pressing serta pembuatan tabel hasil kinerja operator. Tahap control yaitu dengan melakukan kontrol dan monitoring pada proses produksi berlangsung. The Proposed improvements in improving thequality outsole Pakalolo merksafety shoes using the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) in PT. Megatuah Aditama Sejahtera. In the define phase, the dominant type of defect is a tear / stick. The measure phase, the DPU value is 0.005512784, the DPO value is 0.000787541, the DPMO value is 787,541 with the sigma value 4.7, the UCL value is 0.05 and the LCL value is -0.01. The Analyze phase uses a cause and effect diagram. The improve phase is by doing trainning to disseminate methods and how to work pressing and making tables of operator performance results. The control phase is by exercising control and monitoring in the production process.
