Abstract

Proses assembling adalah proses perakitan shoe upper dengan shoe bottom serta komponen tambahannya, merupakan salah satu proses penting dalam pembuatan sepatu. Permasalahan yang diambil dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah masalah rongga pada bagian batas antara upper dengan sole. Tujuan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab dan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengambilan data ini antara lain observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kepustakaan. Proses assembling dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan proses yaitu pemberian lem pada upper, insole, dan telapak acuan, lasting vamp lining, pemasangan steel toe, lasting, marking, pemberian primer, pengeleman pertama, pengeleman kedua, penempelan, press, pendinginan, finishing. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa penyebab terjadinya masalah rongga disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor tekanan saat marking yang tidak stabil, pemberian cairan pembersih CM dan CT secara bersamaan, alat pengolesan primer yang menggunakan sponge dan penjepit kertas, faktor metode (tidak ada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang jelas). Solusi untuk memperbaiki masalah less glue sepatu pengaman artikel AQ-ZM yaitu dengan saat marking tekanan harus stabil, penggunaan cairan pembersih CM dan CT tidak bersamaan, mengganti alat pemberian primer, serta membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). The assembling process is the assembly process of shoe upper with shoe bottom and additional components, which is one of the important processes in making shoes. The problem taken in writing this final assignment is the problem of cavities in the boundary between the upper and sole. The purpose of this final assignment is to find out the causes and solutions to these problems. The method used in data collection includes observation, documentation, interviews, and literature. Theprocess is assembling carried out with several stages of the process, namely the provision of glue on the upper, insole, and palm of the reference, lasting vamp lining, installation of steel toe, lasting, marking, primary administration, first gluing, second gluing, attaching, press, cooling, finishing. The observations show that the causes of cavity problems are caused by several factors,namely stress factors when unstable marking, simultaneous administration of CM and CT cleaning fluids, primary application using a sponge and paperclip, method factor (no Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ) clear). The solution to fixing the problem of less glue , AQ-ZM article safety shoes, namely when the pressure marking must be stable, the use of CM and CT cleaning fluids is not at the same time, replacing the primary delivery device, and making Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
