Abstract

Business Plan Pendirian Usaha Rompi Wanita Batik Anjuk Ladang Kombinasi Kulit Domba disusun untuk menciptakan Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) yang baru dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan batik anjuk ladang di Kabupaten Nganjuk. Pemanfaatan batik anjuk ladang ini akan meningkatkan nilai tambah dari bahan untuk diolah menjadi suatu produk yang fungsional. Produk rompi merupakan terobosan baru dalam dunia industri kecil menengah dengan bahan baku yaitu batik anjuk ladang kombinasi kulit. Desain rompi wanita merupakan salah satu rompi semi formal yang bisa digunakan untuk kegiatan semi formal seperti perayaan beberapa acara. Pasar sasaran rompi wanita ini adalah wanita usia 20-34 tahun, golongan menengah di atas garis kemiskinan. Proses pengerjaannya yaitu pembuatan desain produk, pembuatan pola, pemolaan dan pemotongan, perakitan dan finishing. Nama usaha pembuatan rompi wanita ini adalah “Sang” dengan merek “Sang”. Rencana produksi 1.152 unit untuk tahun pertama dengan harga Rp.264.398/unit rompi. Total biaya proyek yang dibutuhkan oleh IKM “Sang” adalah sebesar Rp.53.733.517 yang terdiri dari Rp.24.168.836 modal kerja dan sebesar Rp.29.564.681 modal investasi. Sumber dana tersebut terdiri dari 72% modal sendiri. Usaha pembuatan rompi wanita dari bahan batik anjuk ladang kombinasi kulit domba ini ditinjau dari hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui rata-rata BEP per tahun dalam unit sebesar 1.039 unit rompi. NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp.178.471.155 dengan IRR sebesar 89,90% (>7,00%), PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 7,04 dan PP selama 1 tahun 9 bulan 9 hari di tahun pertama. Berdasarkan analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa business plan pembuatan rompi wanita dari bahan batik anjuk ladang kombinasi kulit domba IKM “Sang” layak untuk dilaksanakan dan diinvestasikan.Business Plan The establishment of Anjuk ladang vest women's coat from the combination of sheep skin designed to create a new small and medium industry (IKM) by optimizing the utilization of batik anjuk ladang fields in Nganjuk region. The process is the manufacture of product design, pattern making, management and cutting, assembly and finishing. The business name of the female vest was "Sang" with the brand "Sang". Production plan of 1,152 units for the first year with the price of Rp. 264.398/Unit Vest. The Total cost of the project required by IKM "Sang" is Rp. 53.733.517 consisting of Rp. 24.168.836 working capital and Rp. 29.564.681 of investment capital. The source of the fund consists of 72% of its own capital. The efforts to manufacture women's vest from batik anjuk ladang sheep's leather combination are reviewed from the results of the known feasibility analysis on average BEP per year in units of 1,039 vest units.
