Abstract

PT. Beesco Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan sepatu / alas kaki. Salah satu sepatu yang diproduksi yaitu sepatu sport dengan sol yang terbuat dari bahan phylon dan rubber. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab masalah dan memberikan solusi untuk masalah yang terjadi pada perakitan outsole. Yaitu munculnya Bercak Putih Pada Outsole jenis Sonoma. Metode yang dilakukan setelah pengumpulan data selesai yaitu analisis dan percobaan. Dalam proses perakitan outsole sepatu asics di PT. Beesco Indonesia digunakan metode manual untuk menyatukan rubber dan phylon menjadi outsole. Pada proses perakitan outsole jenis sonoma terdapat titik-titik/bercak-bercak putih yang disebabkan oleh bakteri semacam jamur, yang menyebabkan outsole tidak lolos Quality Control. Permasalahan tersebut mempengaruhi proses produksi sehingga produksi selalu tidak memenuhi target karena outsole yang tidak lolos Quality Control diperbaiki kembali dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penggantian bahan pencuci dengan cairan C4 ditambah PC60. Setelah dicuci, outsole dilewatkan mesin chamber sebanyak dua kali dan hasilnya bercak putih tidak muncul kembali. PT. Beesco Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of shoes / footwear. One of the shoes produced is sport shoes with soles made of phylon and rubber. The purpose of this final project is to find out the cause of the problem and provide a solution to the problems that occur in the assembly of the outsole. Namely the appearance of White Spots on Sonoma Outsole types. The method is carried out after data collection is complete, namely analysis and experiment. In the process of assembling asics shoe outsole at PT. Beesco Indonesia used a manual method to unite rubber and phylon into an outsole. In the process of assembling the sonoma type outsole there are white spots / spots caused by bacteria such as fungi, which causes the outsole not to pass Quality Control. These problem affect the production process so that production does not always meet the target because the outsole that does not pass Quality Control is repaired again and takes a long time. To overcome this problem, replacement of washing material is carried out with C4 plus PC60 liquid. After washing, the outsole passes the chamber machine twice and the result is that white spots do not reappear.
