Abstract

PT. Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry adalah salah satu perusahaan manufacture yang berdiri pada tahun 1988 dan bergerak di bidang persepatuan. Berlokasi di Jalan Agarindo desa Sukamantri Kecamatan pasar Kemis, Tangerang Banten. Sepatu yang diproduksi adalah kategori sport, lifestyle dan back to school dengan merk League dan legas yang merupakan order dari buyer. Order yang diberikan buyer terbagi dalam 2 musim yaitu winter (Januari sampai Juni) dan summer (Juli sampai Desember). Materi yang dipelajari dalam kegiatan karya akhir yaitu proses pembuatan pattern hingga sample sepatu lifestyle model aquanos. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah metode pengambilan data primer yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan perakter kerja lapangan. Sedangkan pengambilan data sekunder yaitu terdiri dari studi pustaka, website dan dokumentasi. Pembuatan pattern di PT. Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry yaitu dengan cara copy of last yang kemudian hasil tersebut akan di transfer ke aplikasi crispin engineering untuk proses pembuatan pola master, pecah pola, grading dan pattern cut. Dan setelah proses pattern selesai maka masuk ketahapan pembuatan sample. Dalam prosses pembuatan sample permasalahan muncul pada saat perakitan upper yaitu terlihatnya jahitan zig zag pada bagian atau counter olay. Dari penyebab terjadinya masalah dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab terlihatnya jahitan zig zag pada pada bagian counter olay adalah karena kesalahan dalam proses pembuatan pola. Oleh karena itu penulis akan mencoba memberikan solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, yaitu penambahan pada pola di bagian belakang pada titik C dan titik Q’ ke belakang sekitar 5 mm untuk jahitan stick balik. Penambahan tersebut berfungsi agar jahitan zig zag tersebut tidak kelihatan lagi. PT. Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry is one of the manufacturing companies that was founded in 1988 and is engaged in footwear. Located on Jalan Agarindo, Sukamantri village, Pasar Kemis sub-district, Tangerang Banten. The shoes provided are sports, lifestyle and return to school with the brand League and legas which are orders from buyers. Orders given by buyers are divided into 2 seasons namely winter (January to June) and summer (July to December). The material discussed in the final work activity is the process of making patterns to samples of aquanos lifestyle models. The data collection method used is the primary data collection method which consists of observation, interviews and fieldwork. While taking secondary data consists of library studies, websites and settings. Pattern making at PT. Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry, by copying the last one, then this result will be transferred to the crispin engineering application for the process of making master patterns, breaking patterns, grading and cutting patterns. And after the process of the pattern is complete, enter the sampling process. In the process of making samples appear when testing the visible zig zag stitch on the part or counter olay. From the cause of solving the problem it can be concluded because the zig zag stitch on the olay counter is due to an error in the pattern making process. Therefore the author will try to provide a solution to the question, namely discussing the pattern at the back at point C and point Q 'back around 5 mm for the back stick stitch. For this addition to be used, this zig zag stitch is no longer visible.
