Abstract

Business plan pendirian usaha sepatu pesta model high heels dari kulit box dengan memanfaatkan limbah kerang sebagai aksesoris di Kabupaten Serang disusun dalam rangka untuk memanfaatkan potensi daerah yang dimiliki oleh Kabupaten Serang salah satunya adalah potensi limbah kerang. Kerang yang sempat digemari oleh banyak orang kini menurun. Ketersediaan bahan baku (kerang) yang melimpah dan sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni dan terampil namun tidak diiringi dengan minat masyarakat dan permintaan pasar yang menurun. Limbah kerang yang tidak termanfaatkan menjadi tidak memiliki nilai jual. Tujuan dari pembuatan business plan ini yaitu mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah kerang. Pemanfaatan limbah kerang akan meningkatkan nilai tambah dari bahan mentah untuk diolah menjadi suatu produk yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Produk sepatu pesta model high heels ini menjadi terobosan baru dalam dunia industri kecil menengah yang menggunakan aksesoris dari limbah kerang di daerah Kabupaten Serang. Pasar sasaran sepatu pesta ini adalah wanita usia 20-44 tahun yang memiliki pekerjaan dan memiliki gaji UMK. Proses pengerjaan produk ini dibuat mulai dari pembuatan desain, pembuatan pola, pemotongan, penyesetan, perakitan dan penjahitan, lasting, assembling serta finishing. Nama usaha dan merek untuk sepatu pesta model high heels ini adalah “CIKNUS”. Rencana produksi 864 pasang untuk tahun pertama dengan harga Rp. 283.454 per pasang. Total biaya proyek yang dibutuhkan oleh IKM “CIKNUS” pertahun adalah sebesar Rp. 40.489,331 yang terdiri dari Rp. 19.714,514 modal kerja dan sebesar Rp 20.774,818 modal investasi. Rincian perbulan untuk biaya proyek adalah sebesar Rp. 3.374,111.Sumber dana tersebut pada tiga bulan pertama adalah modal sendiri. Usaha pembuatan sepatu pesta model high heels dari kulit box dengan memanfaatkan limbah kerang ini ditinjau dari hasil analisis kelayakan diketahui rata-rata BEP per tahun dalam unit sebesar 612 unit sepatu, NPV bernilai positif (>0) sebesar Rp. 148.071,673 dengan IRR sebesar 95,81% (>5,00%), PI atau B/C ratio sebesar 8,13 dan PP selama 1 Tahun 8 bulan atau kurang dari 2 tahun. Dari hasil analisis kelayakan di atas menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini layak atau feasible untuk dilaksanakan. The plan for the business establishment of high heels from box leather boxes by utilizing shells waste as accessories in Serang Regency was prepared in order to utilize the potential of the area owned by Serang Regency. Shells that had been favored by many people have now drop dramatically. The availability of abundant raw materials (shells) and capable and skilled human resources but not accompanied by public interest and market demand. Shells are waste that is not utilized becomes has no selling value. The purpose of making this business plan is to optimize the utilization of shells waste. The use of shellfish waste will increase the added value of raw materials to be processed into a product that has a high selling value. This high heels party shoe product is a new breakthrough in the world of small and medium industries that use accessories from shellfish waste in the area of Serang Regency. The target market for these party shoes is women aged twenty to forty four years who have jobs and have UMK salaries. The process of working on this product is made since the design, pattern making, cutting, setting, assembly and sewing, lasting, assembling and finishing. The business name and brand for this high heels party shoes are "CIKNUS". Planned production of 864 pairs for the first year at a price of Rp. . 283.454 per pair. The total project cost needed by IKM "CIKNUS" per year is Rp. 40.489,331 consisting of Rp. 19.714,514 working capital and Rp 20.774,818 investment capital. Monthly details for project costs are Rp. 3.374,111. The source of the funds in the first three months was self-financing. The business of making high heels from box leather party shoes by utilizing shellfish waste in terms of the feasibility analysis results shows that the average BEP per year in the unit is 612 units of shoes, the NPV is positive (> 0) of Rp. 148.071,673 with an IRR of 95,81% (> 5.00%), PI or B / C ratio of 8,13 and PP for 1 year 8 month or less than 2 year. The results of the feasibility analysis above indicate that this business is feasible or feasible to implement.
