Abstract

This final project is about solving problems in the Insole of Indosole Flip Flops Easy Living sandals. PT Daimatu Industry Indonesia is a footwear export company. In the production process of Indosole Flip Flops Easy Living sandals, a problem was found in the cutting section, namely the disproportionate Insole on the sandals. The purpose of this final project is to find a solution that can solve the problem of disproportionate Insole in production. The method used in solving this problem is using the experimental method. One of the factors that influence disproportionate insoles is an inefficient work sequence, a grinding process that is not carried out in cutting after cutting using cutting dies of a larger size. The solution to this problem is to rearrange, add a sequence of work processes which is a form of SOP, the addition in the cutting section is the grinding process after the insole is punched. This information is expected to be an appropriate guideline to prevent disproportionate insoles. Keywords: Insole, Proportional, Sequence of work process
